Biography

Dilip brings 10+ years of experience in real estate, along with a wealth of knowledge and a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, with a particular focus on premier secondary properties across Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai. Before entering real estate, he gained hands-on experience in the fit-out and furniture industry, including furniture manufacturing. He also worked on branding and retail display projects for P&G, giving him valuable insight into design, presentation, and the details that shape a space. Originally from India, Dilip brings this diverse experience into his approach to real estate, combining market awareness with a practical understanding of design and client needs. For him, real estate goes beyond transactions.
